Go to the center of the camp and do a /target capt or pae, there right close to each other. You cna always do a /target and just follow the blue arrow.

You cantell what phase it is by the skills offered from the NPC's for assisting them. Further Dageerin is the NPC offering the Combat Prowess skill this phase (Phase 2). Paemos is right near the village elder. 11 'oclock if you were standing in the Elders shoes. Nothing else, ask someone there. Most are willing to offer guidance.

ok i think i got it but last 1 why do i need to unlock anything it seems that the only thing i need is xp and then train it (or does it ask you to unlock it when you get the xp to train it [the branch])

Each of the FS trees have 4 branches. Each of the trees have an NPC that (once you do the missions each phase) unlocks the branch offered in each tree during the different phases. Confused yet? Once you understand how it works it isnt confusing, just frustrating at times.
In order to go onto jedi, you have to train six branches total, in any combination, from any of the 4 trees. So in reflexes, I chose Survival....while in Senses, I chose Persuasion and Luck...which equals 3 branches out of 6. You have to train all the way up the branch to count towards the Jedi character.

I currently have armorsmith 0001
I was wondering what gives the most xp for a newb armorsmith. I looked on the stickies but didnt see what i was looking for.
I get around 150 xp for a bone armor chestplate. there has to be something that gives more xp.
Thanks for the help in advance
