and yes feathered enhancements show their bonus once they are finished and out of the hopper and in your inventory, Cooked up about 47 today

Got a bunch of 2 primus/ 2 energy layered healthenhanced assault segments cookin at this time too

Also just doublechecked and the health bonus DOES appear on the segments, once it too is finished and in your inventory, have not tested armor cores yet but it stands to reason that they too would show the bonus as well
