Yup, PSG's can't be used to attack Lightsabers.

I'm sorry about the above post, I just couldn't resist...

Well, seriously,PSG's do work against Lightsabers since LS's do Energy damage.

However, they won't work against Force attacks, since these attacksare Kinetic.

From what I understand, PSG's dont work at all against lightsabers.

ive heard a lot of peeps say it doesnt. I htink ill have to test it in-game. 2k energy resist should give me approx 12% reduction in their dmg.

Haven't made any PSG's in a while.

apparently in the BH forum they reckon that PSGs do not work for melee attacks, only for ranged.

That is the heart of it. PSGs won't protect against any melee energy attack, whether it's from a lightsaber or a blaster fist.

You can, however, throw spent PSGs at the heads of onrushing jedi. Ever dropped a PSG in your house? It's the size of beer keg.
