I havent tried it(dont want to give up colonel if i dont have to). Is it possible to flip-flop factions to make both armors. Or would this cost way too much?

Rank is only important for the smuggler transferring the faction. Higher rank means fewer points lost in the transfer.

Way to flip-flop, buddy. Anything for a buck ?

Well im considering it....i would be neutral and buy schematics but thats not possible. Many people keep asking me to make them imp armor so I just trying to make customers happy.

I dunno, I'm prepared to believe his intentions are noble. I know I don't make armor for the money. It the challenge of the businss and the appreciation of a finely crafted product I like (although "Dude, your armor rocks" starts to grate after a while).

I just hate to see smith selling both armors side by side from a purely Star Wars standpoint. There's little enough of the GCW in the game without rebs and imps shopping at the same store.

Lol well i cant help it if both factions like to shop at BESTbuy. Its one of the premier shops at the server. Glad to see even armorsmiths like to flame each other. Another reason why i dont come to these boards much.

I really hope you didn't take that as a flame. I was speaking in general, not of you in particular. And my first sentence should be taken literally.

The two biggest smiths on my server make both faction armors. I've have imp smiths buy out my rebel armor and resell it. This is just an interesting issue.

I have an e-mail now from someone wanting four sets of cores to make Imperial armor, and I'm deciding how to play it. I'd like to help the guy out (don't want to send business to the imp smiths), but as a rebel, I can't have Imperial officers picking up supplies from me. I'm thinking about getting a smuggler involved just for a bit of role-playing. Heaven knows those guys need something to do.
