Thread: Factory Crate Bug?

Hi everyone. A few days ago,I created a small factory run of stun composite suits (14 total). Last night, a customer told me he had the following error message appear as he tried to remove the items from the crates (he bought 2 suits from me, so Igave him 9 crates with 2 pieces each):
"The item Stun Composite Boots is no longer used by the game and should be removed from your inventory"
The items subsequently vanish. However, I still have a few crates with 1 item left in them. I can't remove the remaining item, no matter what I do.
Isent a /bug and a ticket, but thought I would get some feedback here as well. I know there was a problem with certain crated weapons a while back, but I've not heard of it happening with armor.
Anyone encounter this before?

You need to contact a CSR to have this problem resolved. It's mostly been fixed but still crops up occasionally. If the CSR tells you that you should destroy the crate, please repost here and I'll try to bump it up the chain of command as best I can.

Got back a reply...the CSR said it was a known issue and to close the ticket. Lot of help there

same thing happened to me last week, I ended up having to destroy 3 full sets of composite and 2 sets of kashyyykian, got told it was a known issue and they were working on it and nothing they could do for me atm
