Question to the armorsmiths who i respect so much.

I am a resource dealer... and am currently mining this

Duraepah, Crism Siliclastic OreCR=554, DR=227, HR=612, MA=555, OQ=931, SR=220, UT=326

Used for stun protection I am told.

I have been advised to switch ALL harvesters to this if the spot is 20% and up.

Also was told the only comparable stuff went for 50-100cpu, however, was 250days old too.

My question is, this has a few days left on the spawn. In your opinions what is this mineral worth; right after it dries up? and a month after it is gone?

Thank you for your advice.

How much do you want to pay for Stun Armor? The more you charge for Crism the higher the price you'll pay for your Stun Armor.

If it were on Intrepid I'd be paying 3-4 cpu for it at most and I'd get so much that I'd never have to bid on one of your auctions. If you're a miner you should contact Armorsmiths now and sell it at a fair price. If you're a speculator then mine it and hold onto it until it's rare and hope nothing better comes along. If you are a miner and you try to speculate be aware that your regular clients will not e happy if you start dumping it in the future at inflated prices.

I'm a miner, so i dont really use/need armor.

I thought that stun armor was high in demand currently, maybe im wrong, maybe its because of the 3,562,345 jedi that now are out there .

Either way I like to be fair and will probably not hold onto it. After it is dry, ill probably post it on my vendor that week... would like a few more opinions on price, was thinking around 5cpu, but figured I'd ask the experts.

((btw, just to clear up the auction thing, that wasnt me that sold it for 50-100cpu, that was what a friend told me comparable stuff went for.))

Not a flame to you.................. SR could be a lil higher for it to be awesome, I think it caps around 350.

I find this pretty humorous, miners charging us 50-100cpu (sometimes even more) for some resources. Then when we have to increase prices due to the additional costs, we are the ones that get flamed as being greedy.

that crism is excellent

crism always has very low SR

I would pay 8 cpu for that

On ahazi that would be primo crism, since all but one of our crism spawns have been terrible, this stuff is better than that evev. It would probably start at 8 cpu and then move up pretty fast after the spawn. Though you need a primo Vertex Gem to go with it

That's not exactly true, based on your server. He is on Bria. That is the second best Crism we've ever seen. The other stuff was going for so high because it was so old.

There are a few things to keep in mind when pricing. One, it is ore, which means it is much harder to find in good concentrations, which causes it to be more expensive to pull from the ground and causes less overall supply. Second, it's current, and, in this case, on almost every planet. Most armorsmiths have learned over the months that it is tons cheaper to mine a ton of the uber resources themselves, even if that means renting lots from other players temporarily.

Given Bria's uber-inflated economy, I would probably hold between 25-50% back and sell the rest for between 5 - 10 cpu.

As to your original question if you should pull your harvesters, I would say, resoundingly, yes. I just moved all of mine last night (was gone for a few days so I missed the initial spawn) I've got a great WP for a large area of 50% on Lok, but you might want to go to Rori, as it just spawned there recently. Contact me ingame if you want the Lokian WP.
