i'm trying to master an armorsmith..but i don't know what to start.

right now i'm trying to make some harvesters so i can get minerals later. what do i need most to be an armorsmith? i want to prepare from now. i heard i need a lot of chemicals, metals, steels, and fiberplasts..... what else?

i heard from some of armorsmiths that they mastered it in 2days or even 18 hours...and they said it's really easy to master...but i can't see how to finish it in 2days..and i don't think mastering it is easy..

please share the infromation wiht me.

thank you

Make AUKs. It takes at least 3 days if you do it constantly for those 3-4 days but its cheapest. If I remember correctly it took about about 200k of metal, 100k chemical.

I did it in about 6 days since I work.

PS> Read the threads at the top of this forum, cause they contain more info on grinding it out.

PSS> Anyone who says they did armorsmith in 2 days on AUKs is lieing or using a 3rd party program. Just calculate the XP off AUKs and the shortest time with 5 kits going and you will find it is over 2 days.... i think its around 50 some hours...

You can totally do this in 2 days. Sure you'd have to grind for 12 hours straight each day but it's possible. I got one tree done in right under six hours yesterday and about the same the day before.

Noooo.... That would drive you mad....

Either AUK to personal armor 3 then Ubese Shirts - needs ion, steel and fibreplast, these give twice the XP that AUKs do.... OrMabari Armorweave Chest Plate but these need hides, factory cloth crates and segments to name but a few. This second way is three times as quick, but you will need lots of cash to buy things.... (200 / 300k)

Depends on how much cash you have..

You do AUKs if you want to know what it's like to grind WS. Take the time to make mabari chest pieces, it's well worth it.

Do the chestplates buddy, more ingredients = more xp=less time to master

hehehe if i had'nt found out about chest plates i would'nt have bothered with the profession. As an ex WS, did'nt want to regrind off some cruddy xp thing. Took me about a week of casual grinding... still made me pretty annoyed tho. Get a good macro and get yourself into a groove and your mind will numb itself and before you know it 5 hours have passed and 3 of those you've been grinding after you hit your xp cap so it was a waste of materials and time... oh wait thats just me
