Does the quality of the power conditioner and of the energy distributor affect the overall quality of the PSG? and If so what quality is most important?

I'm curious about this as well as my artisan supplier has given me 1000 "quality -1" components to use... With them and good materials, I can get 39en/44base and 3k condition on a prototype imperial psg...

If I remember correctly, only the power conditioner has a stat that can actually be changed by experimentation, but I have heard that none of the artisan components can affect the condition of an item of an advanced class.

If this is true then the answer is no it doesn't matter.

None of the componants that go into shields have an effect on the outcome. Only the resources used in the final combine matters.

I concur - only the final assembly makes a difference for experimentation - im a master artisan as well as a master armoursmith, so i've tried a few different combinations of MArtisan products.
