do you support some type of system by which a smuggler can choose what attribute they slice? please go to the link above, read the fisrt post, then vote A or B. THANKS!

A smuggler should be able to influence the slice... like experimentation... for both which way the slice goes -and- for the percentage. It would be much more interative for them and less a simple roll of the dice.

Sure, but I want to see smugglers able to slice 15% max, maybe 20%. I'm tired of scrimping and struggling to turn out a few extra %, only to know that the smuggler is going to contribute over a third of the work to the final craft.

I dont even think that a smuggler should be able to slice armor, its the main reason the armor economy is so messed up, you would have less people wanting their compo if it was stuck at 800 encumberance, I mean seriously, Slicing is essentially hacking, and what, if anything could a slicer do to make armor better, Weapons makes sense, and so would PSGs, but with armor it makes no sense whatsoever and messes up the economy. My vote is to remove armor slicing except with PSGs.

Exaggeration? yes. However, if this were to be implemented, there would be A LOT less angry smugglers.

And a lot less angry people getting their Krayt stuff sliced. Who cares that much about speed when you're a master? 18% speed slice on my Krayt Geo Blaster.

If this did happen, however, I doubt we would see anymore 3k per slice or 100creds per %.
