Thread: Which piece of armor gets hit the least?

I am curious, which piece of armor gets hit the least and thus decays the slowest? Speaking primarly of PvE. I am asking armorsmiths since you repair armor and will see more pieces of armor than most players. Many times more probably.
I have personally found the chest gets hit the most decaying almost twice as fast as some other parts.
Could it be the helmet? A bracer maybe?

Bracer, bicep, or gloves. Followed closely by boots. Chest, Helmet, and pants seem to take the greatest beating.

Time to turn this on its head....
I find the helmet gets the least damage done to it, but personally I only use 4 items... Chest, boots, gloves all get hit the same, and the help about 1/2 as much....
(that is PvE)

My left bracer is the least hit. My gloves get repaired fairly often. In maberi, gloves decay faster than any part other than the chest ( covers 3 parts). ( This is in PvE, not PvP). I'm still wearing the same left bracer after 8 months, but have replaced everything else. I've only had to repair it twice. It's where I keep my AAs.
