Triple stun Layered Composite armor can have up to 40% stun resist and is somewhat easy to acquire on most servers, refer to your galaxy trade board and post a message addressed to your friendly neighborhood armorsmiths.

iPSGs are the best.
Tantel can be good with loot/good slice.
Stun composite is pretty normal, and has good resists to everything else too. I usually use a PSG and stun comp.
