I went to the doc at the Imp Outpost and attempted to do the PSG quest as I am a new Armorsmith. He tells me to go out and return a piece of Alderaan Flora to him that I am supposed to get from a Smuggler. I go to the wp and have to /conv the smuggler because he aggro's me. I talk to him from about 30m's and he gives me Holocron Splinters.... The doc will not accept these and just tells me to go get the plant, or restarts the quest on me. Am I doing something wrong? Should I just pull 1 of the plants from my house and go give to him, or ???? Thanks for the help

Same thing happened to me. I just re-did the quest and it worked the second time.
