Hello

I am new to Armorsmith and was crafting my first set of Comp Armor. I have been using the guilds and am still loss. Most of my resources are good but some are descent. I made a 3 layer Kenetic armor 80% elect. 80% Kenetic and 63% resist. I was weondering if i went down to 2 layers of kenetic, could I keep 80% kenetic and would it help to raise my base or lower ham?

i have thought about doing 2 layers..

Pro: lower HAM

Con:

Lower condition

Lower Base

I normally run 4% / 4% 10/10/10 layers x 3 to make my Kinetic armor

where as if you used 2 layers.. i have not worked it out.. so i know i am gonna be off the mark here.. but this is just gonna get you an example your layers would need to be experimented high on base / kinetic and none on HAM (probably)

which will get you about 4% / 10% layers with 16/16/16 (this is going on the resources i have)... infact.. looking at it.. your gonna get a higher HAM.. with a lower base.. but the other pro is you will be using less resources..

Now.. i am not an AS guru.. i am still working my way around armorsmith.. and i am sure that there are armorsmiths here that will say i am a fool and don't know what i am talking about. I'll agree to them.. lol

This is just going on the direction i would prob take for you..
