Anyone know what types of optional ingredients for Adv. Comp. Armor segments are the best for the various attributes?
In other words, what type of scale/hide segment would pump up energy, blast, heat, etc... ??

I usually just use NS shards for encumbrance and janta hides if the base % is high enough for improvement.
Rancor hides and such id rather use in padded. I dont like to add extra special resists to the composite because only the base will slice.

Occasionally I will use Krayt scales in comp. If u do the math right u can get 5 of 7 specials to hit 80% and maintain 70-71 base. The others around 77-78% or so. I have some NS hunters that like this cuz they claim slicing makes armor degrade much faster. I dunno if this is a myth or not. It looks cool but kind of a novelty if u ask me.
