i jsut made these composite armor gloves and the stats are as follows:
comp gloves
condition: 35354
ele: 80%
base resists: 79%
hams: 13 / 0 / 15
these gloves are unsliced as well.
i made these using some loots i recently purchased, not krayt scales, and i am an 11 pt smith. i have the ability to make a complete suit with similar stats as above also. any opinions or suggestions on these gloves or wheather or not a full suit of this would be in demand is what im looking for. any input is greatly appreciated. thanks...

If you slice the 2 suits and get 90 base on the full then it would be worth alot more, 0/0/0 ham would be nice too

i really appreciate the input. i didnt know about the hands and feet being removed from combat, that is nice to know and a good thing i think. anyone know if that is going to be in an upcoming patch or the combat update? also, some of you mentioned that i should save some of the shards and layers for ris armor...the thing is, i could care less about ris armor. it takes too long to gather the resources to make it, people price gouge the loot it takes to make it, and (this is just my opinion) i believe that ris armor just isnt worth the trouble for me to deal with it. its not like i am going to make myself a set of ris armor and then actually do anything that it could get decay from.
what im looking to do is make quality composite armor that people can afford. i see no need in making people spend their last dime on a suit of armor. anyway, this is just an experiment and a way for me to use some of the stuff i have and have a bit of fun.
thanks a ton for the input guys....

If hands and feet are being removed, then these would be great for AA. The % wouldn't matter, but the HAM would help out a lot.
There are advantages to the hands and feet not being targets.

I agree about adding stun. Thing is..if your using 12-15% NS layers, I highly recommend saving those for RIS. Same goes if your using 6%+ Janta hide or something.
After lookin at the HAM stats, it seems those must be high-end NS layers. If thats the case, I did something similar early on in my AS career and I regret it now. Save those layers!

I wouldn't make any gloves
devs said hands and feet being removed as targetable areas if you have been paying attention

from TH
The proposed system will remove the hands and feet as valid hit locations. We will need a new type of armor clothing to prevent the additives of clothing enhancements and/or already disallowed bio components. These pieces will still remain crafted by Armorsmiths. This should encourage the use of some of our least used races because they are no longer suffering a massive combat disadvantage.

I agree - you better save this stuff for R.I.S. , composite eats too much layers. Don't forget - you need only 1 handmade segment for every R.I.S. part, even chestplate; so it's the best use of hi-end loot anyway.
