But I saw with mabri you can add sythetic cloth to the mabri, I dunno bout further up armor... But with tailor you can add enhancers to it from BE's can you do the same with armor?

Enhancments will not stick in the armor. You can have it in the cloth, but that's as far as it will go.

There are some out there, but real real rare. It worked once, but I doubt they will ever let it work again.
