someone has succeeded in 60 stun.

how did they do it? i tried putting a stun layer in the tantel segment, and icoudlnt experiement on it.

then i tried putting a high base energy layer in the tantel segment, only got 20 %

3660,-2247 is the location of my composite vendor,
i sell 80 ( or 78) kinetic suits and decently base at 60ish for 180k.
Cheap don't mean poor quailty.

Exceptional NS layer, Janta Hideand possibly an effect slice. Don't bother with the basic layers.

if you put in stun layer, it bumps it to special

stun is in base on tantal
