When looking at the specs on the resource what should i look at most OQ?

OQ and SR are what make up your resists.

MA is what makes up your HAMs

i usually ignore the MA, with slices, buffs, and foods its not that big of a deal, but it will be after the armor revamp but for now, it seems all anyone cares about is resists.
