An in game friend has told me that he has seen medium AR armor on a another player.... I am a bit doubtful of this, can any one settle my argument with him...

There is not a single piece of armor that we make that is AR2 or medium armor. It's all AR1 or light.

On a NPC character.......yes
On a Player controlled character ........no
