I killed a Nightsister Elder and recieved 3 NS Armor Segments with 3% Base Effectiveness and -5 Action Encumberance. These seem pretty low. I was just wondering if there were any worth to them or should I just destroy them?

Those are layers, not segments. 3% -5s are the most common ones.

Three of them aren't worth all that much, but YMMV.

It's too bad we can't add them to segments, after the segments are made, and still have them retain their serial number and work in chest pieces with the other segments.

these arent the best...HOWEVER.....do not destroy them, could make a nice bracer or some gloves, contact your favorite armorsmith and run it by him
