I recently acquired a woolamander bone and was told that its one of the pieces to make RSF armor. I want to know how good the RSF armor is and what else i need to get to be able to have someone make it for me. (and yes i knowaboutthe schemetic you need to make it).

I think you mean RIS armor. Check the RIS FAQ stickied at the top of this forum.
