Survey Says.............USELESS!!!!!!!!! They are currently bugged...should be used in padded armor, but is only usable in bone...Go Figure!

Patch 7 notes say they have been fixed and can be used in Padded Armor

I made a helmet out of them last night and the stats are worst in everyway HAM and Effectiveness than my best Padded armor.

You should only save segments with high base and low HAM.
