I'm not from radiant, but do composite gloves made with 80% base go for about 30 mill each on your server? I mean, if you are going to spend the buyout 15 mill on 1 layer you would want to price it at about that price.
Yes, you can only make gloves with your one layer, no matter how high base it is. You would need a minimum of 3 layers for boots/biceps/bracers, but this will be for only 1 of the 3 layerslots. 4 for helm/pants and 5 for chest. This is due to the fact that they require factoryrun segments and such a schematic eat the resources used.
