Thread: Questions about making Battle armor essentially Recon armor..

I'm curious what the outcome would be should I put 4 Energy layers into Battle Armor. I've looked around the forums and can't really find any info from armorsmiths who have experimented a lot on making armor what you want it to be. I would love to be able to make some high energy RIS armor that would be near recon armor in terms of energy protection. Can anyone give me some raw numbers if I experimented on all this?

the cap for 4 layers is +1200 energy shifted from kin. So you would have 4800kin 7200energy battle armor. Most servers hit at around +1100 tho.

Thanks guys.. I'm guessing this is what a Carbineer would prefer anyway, since he's most likely to take Energy Damage, either through Jedi or ranged NPC's. Plus.. my resources for primus are terrible

lol im working too... on updating swgcraft for sunrunner and postin on the boards... but my book is lying open on the bed ready for reading
