are you supposed to be able tostack the same kind of attachment, (ie. carbine accuracy +1), on to the same peice of armor as long as you have enough slots?
I trtied this the other day, but it did not change anything, the stats nor the slots available.....it's like it dissapeared into thin air.

I have a ton of clothing and armor attachments, and would like some input on how to best utilize them. Please, no sarcasm. I am far from a noob, but I simply never really bothered with them until recently.
I know for every 10 experimentation points, you get one point towards actual experimentation. I also know you cannot stack them on the same piece of clothing or armor. But how does other enhancements work, such as say Pistol accuracy 4, rifle speed 5, etc?
And if I were to sell some off that I didnt really think I needed, what is the reasonable rate for selling? I dont want to charge 1 million credits for something that is worth 50K, and I dont want to charge 100K for something that is worth 1 mil. I was just hoping there were some guidelines.

pricing go to your trade forums
how armor attachments work, go to game guide section
as for the armorsmith side of things, use ubese shirts, mabari belts or ubese bandolies, get them all with 4 sockets.
if those are all full of attachments, the boots or gloves of armor are nice too

This may be the most noob question I have asked, but I need to ask the experts anyway. I recently picked up an armor attachment (+2 Dodge, +2 two handed speed). When I applied this to my armor I only got the Dodge bouns. Is this an issue or has it always been like this? - Oh and I appllied this to a comp, left bicept with 4 available sockets. Thanks for any help

Well I'm at 2-4-4-4 in bounty hunter and starting to get to the point of looking for stuff that I will need to help me survive against other players. I hope to be done wwith the big grind with in a week or two (I hope).
I'm still learning about the game and just found out that armor as slots that you can just attachment in them to help you out. Yea I know just call me Newbie
So I started looking at the bazaar and vendors all over the place and I have only seen attachments for melee in 1 to 5 points. Well, I'm not going melee so that does no good.
What attachments are you guys using?
What creature, npc, boss, whatever will drop these attachments?
What attachments should I try to find as a MDH/pistol for against other players and jedi?
What is the maxium points you can get on a attachment? Seen only 5 as the highest so far
Would it be best to have different sets of aromor with differenet sets of attachments for PVP and PvE?
Thanks for the help

only get the cheap crappy throw away 1s and 2s AAs if you are going to put them into a decayable piece of armor.
stuff you might want to use is
accuracy
speed (if not capped)
melee defense
ranged defense
defense vs posture change down
defense versus dizzy
defense versus intimidation
defense versus knockdown

I have an armor attachment with 3 mods on it:
Mod #1: 15
Mod#2: 23
Mod#3: 19
If I add this to a piece of armor with 2 sockets left - what will it keep? The highest two stats - or is it pot luck?

You were correct - tried it on a piece of junk one first - then did the real deal.
