I recently got a Imp prototype PSG 5-use schematic and I tried to make a manufacturing schematic and for some odd reason I can't.

First time I tried, I was with my 90% charged crafting all-purpose droid and i didn't get an option.

Second time I tried, i was next to my Armor and Clothing Crafting station.

My friend told me this has been a bug since CU. Can this bug be circumvented?

They went and did it...yes, they nerfed the last thing I liked in this game...CHEF
They nerfed me for the final time! 8 Accounts Cancelled. Can they find 8 pre-schoolers to replace me though?

It isn't a bug. We apparently were never supposed to be able to make a manufacturing schem from these. So it was a pre CU bug "corrected" by the CU. Working as intended.
