The armorsmith buff has to be requested...( a toil in itself in amongst all the AFK)
The buff maxes out at 2:40 NOT 3:00
you can't check and aren't told when you've maxed out. (why is there no onscreen display ? what was wrong with that system)
if you start watching an entertainer again, it wipes out your armorsmith buff. (so i checked...saw 2:40...and got reset)
THANKS DEVS Another great idea totally screwed by inept thought processes.
I think the buffs are a great idea...but please make them accessible. And give us soemthing so we can check were getting the right buff and the time its up to.
If that was in it would have been bang on.
Maybe a future patch will fix it.... but given how long its taken to get the factory thing sorted (if indeed it is sorted) !
I see into the future with my third eye...I see a cantina.... full of armorsmiths and AFK entertainers.

Actually, assuming you're in third-person view mode, every so often a little piece of floating text comes off the top of your head that says "+10 minutes" while you're getting buffed. When you hit the max duration, it will say "Max Duration"

Mine was three hours and twenty minutes. Find a master musician and it goes longer. Also, you have a continual fly text above your head that says max buff duration reached. The changes make it so we can look at our screen more than just at the text at the bottom. Not a bad idea and yeah, the buffs won't stack so if you watch again you start your buff over.
It's not so bad.

The very first fly-text over your head when you start the buff is something like "Armorsmith Inspiration"... then the rest of the fly-texts are +10 minutes..... so... watch for that first one!

Mine was definitely 3:30. I wonder if skill tapes influence this?
And once the fly text stops, your buff is maxed.

The skill points of the musician matter, a master gives the longest buffs and a novice the shortest. I'd assume the do have skill tapes and actually just had their old battle fatigue tapes convert to something new, but I'm not sure what it is.
