Same with belt, slotted, no decay, and takes AA's, rather than CA's

Just wondering if they still reduce damage as Light Armor even though they have no resistance%.

Nope - no effect at all, just there for looks.

ubese shirts have slots, you can use AA on them

and they don't decay
