Hi -

I just want to confirm that if you create re-inforced fiberplast panels with bio-engineered tissue, like +4 melee def / +15 stun resist, it will not be reflected in armor made with those panels.

That is correct. There was a time in the early days when in worked, but it was never intended to do so.
