I had the opportunity to do a little PvP the other night. Don't do it much, as my template isn't great for it, but had fun anyways.

Currently, the best our server has to offer is 38% stun. Only using some old stuff, so it's usually 34%...with around 63% base. The base being low keeps the slices in a lower ranges as well.

That said....I could tell who had the stun helms on...as they succumbed much more quickly to my scythe.

We have an armorsmith over here on kauri that has 40% stun comp and also makes some really nice 80% kinetic 80% energy 80% acid 80% heat 70% base gear to.
