...is it better to go for all base effectiveness or all (kinetic, heat etc.) effectiveness??

ubese- go all into special (kinetic), then do HAM

stun composite- all into special, then do base

kinetic composite- depends on what you want, people will argue the best way is. You can go high base or try your hand with light stuff
