Yes they do exist. I got a set of 9 shards that are -29 Health, -13 action, -31 mind. This was on Valcyn server. I was planning on making a few good stun helmets from them. What would the market value be on these. I really have no clue. Any help would be appreciated.

I actually located some extremely old NS shards, bought them for 650k for 4 of them. -35 action -73 mind encumberance.

They dont drop anymore, but any with -25 and up on any stat would be worth a lot.

One of my regulars gave me a set of 10 Exceptional shards (all three in the 50's)... holding onto them until I figure out which pieces/type of armor I want to put em in...

I looted 9 exceptional ns shards a few days ago with -55 -11 -56.

Stored them ans waiting the combat rebalance :-)
