Thread: RIS Segment Stats?

I noticed that the RIS segments dont have an OQ/SR requirement in the craft window.......
Does it matter what quality resources i use, or are these like synth cloth, and require no stats, just the right material?

I think they just turned into a syncloth like piece. As all armour stats are based on the armour core. So the only resources you need to worry abotu having high stats are Rori Fiberplast and Chornium Aluminum so you get higher condition. If I am wrong sorry but this is best I can figure :-)
