Thread: Question about good armor.

I'm looking to get some good energy resistant armor, however, I have not played in a while and have really no idea how the CU has affected armor. So my question is what would be a good high number for energy resist? I have come across 7k resist Ubese suitfor 500k creds, but am not sure if it's a good deal, or if I can find better armor at a resonable price. I am looking for either Asault or Battle armor

recon armour hits within the 7200-7500 range, but i have heard of suits that go to 8k and beyond. assault and battle wont hit that high, energy layeredi guess a suit of battle could be hitting the mid 6k and energy layered assault might get a high 5k

little typo above unlayered assault can hit 7k kinetic


And my unlayered recon goes for 300k right now, making a run of capped cores and they are going to be 350k a suit.

there are hardcaps on unlayered armor

Recon 5k kin 7k energy 6k elemental
Battle 6k kin 6k energy 6k elemental
Assault 6k kin 5k energy 6k elemental

Layers will approx triple the price and give a max of +1200 to one stat.

i sell my unlayered suits at 300k
