can anyone tell me if the different mds for armor repair and repair stack?

It's kind of an "invisible skill" - so it's really tough to tell.

Alright,


Pre-CU I worked my butt off to loot myself a full BH suit - I got myself 7 of the 9 pieces and a bunch of extras and I now am only missing the left bracer. Anyways - I am always wearing around my BH helmet, and its condition has taken one heak of a toll. It is now at 6860/23400 and I am wondering...



A) Is the % reduction on the condition determined by the max condition or the current condition?


B) Would it be worth taking a chance repairing it or should I just be extremely careful with it until it reaches near 0 when I will hang it on a wall as an accomplishment.


C) If the condition reaches 0 through repair will it fall apart or will it still be wearable? If it reaches 0 through decay will it fall apart or be wearable?


Any thoughts answers will be much appreciated -

you could try reparing it. If the condition hits 0. your buggered though. If you repair it and the repair fails and the condition sets itself to 1/1. It becomes a wearable display piece. But little more.


You may want to hang onto it though. As there are very few wearable suits of BH armor. All the post CU drops are mandaldorian armor sub components. Rather than the schematics for crafting wearable BH armor.

Well if I get my hands on a 99.9999% repair tool - or as close to that as I can get, what are my chances of failing completely? And what can I do to increase the odds in my favor? I know that pre-CU if I had my mind buffed with dancer buffs, brandy, canape and a muon I would never fail - does this concept still apply post CU?

Unknown. There is far as I know to date. No known method to how repairs actually work. What if any stats it dependson etc. The only really known factor is that the higher the quality of tool. The better the chance of success.


Things that are rumored to have an effect. But have never really been proven/confirmed by the devs etc:


Battle Fatigue


General or specific item type repair tapes.

Yup as far as I know, there's no logic to it I have killed just as much armor reapairing as an AS compared to when I wasnt, BF seems to have little effect, i'm pretty sure the results are just random.


I may be wrong though
