Ok I know I have spammed this board before with stupid noobisch question. Unfortunatly I have more

So if anyone has some patience left to answer these I'd be grateful

I know Krayt Scales go into Advanced Composite armor Segments (yes others too) but as these are factory made (because of the serial) do the Krayt scales also have to have the same serial and/or ratings? I am working on a project to make 10 composite suits but that totals to 420 Advanced Armor Segments. That would mean 420 Krayt Scales. If it does use the same serial I'll have to devide them into a load of same serial factory runs

Oh and out of curiosisty. How many exp points do you get at master (10?) and for the Eclipsians how many do you have now (if you use tapes to enhance it).

unfortunatlyevery type of segment, scale etc. the serial numbers need to be the same for factory runs. and remember with each group of serial number you'll burn 1 of them for the schematic.

yes at master armorcrafting you get 10 points to experiment with.

Hmm that means a lot of appending in my sheets. ah well.

so first I gather 420 scales, (and find someplace to STORE these) and then ill have to look on how to have the crates of Advanced composite Segments made (10 full suits 3 layerd would be 420 ACSegments I think)

Ok tnx

The way it works is like this, a chest piece requires 4 identicalsegments. Each segment can use one special enhancer, e.g. Krayt scale. So, you would need 5 identical krayt scales (same serial number)to make the 4 segments for the chest. That is 1 for the schematic and 4 for the factory run of the segments.

And so on for the pants (3 identical segments), helmet (3), etc.

scales are so not worth it in comp unless they are exceptional. They make everything but the encum unslicable.

You want the segments. They give you low encum and allow everything to be sliced.
