Boots, Pants, Gloves, Left and Right Bracers and Biceps with 80 electric / 80 energy / 70 base
and
Chest and Helm with 65 base / 39 stun
with intentions of slicing for effectiveness for all around buffed play and use in PvP.
and

Why is the chest stun layered? Torso shots with ion rifles?

stun baton is my guess...I would have gone with heat and energy for the chest myself.

i'd be more worried about a head shot from a master rifleman. My Ion is 195-522 with a PuP.
You guys have some nice armor on your servers. The best base on Shadowfire is 66%.
