does armour layoring coutn yet ?
do any armour shirts have any stats
can you make armour shirts with stun protection
do they take SKILL TAPES or ARMOUR TAPES

If you are meaning the ubese shirts, no they don't have stats and don't actually absorb damage. As far as I know even if they show as vulnerable to all damage types it won't make a difference and same goes if it doesn't actually show any vulnerabilities. Ubese shirts take armor attachments as well as ubese bandoliers which can be crafted with up to 4 available sockets for these attachments. The bandolier is the same as above for protection.
The benefit of the ubese shirts and the bandolier over socketed armor pieces is that there is currently no condition on them so they do not decay.
