I was wondering if any armorsmiths know how accuracy encumbrance works? I was thinking about dropping an entire branch of one of my elite professions that has the certs for recon armor, but by dropping that branch i would also be dropping 70% accuracy encumbrance mitigation.

Does anyone know what this means? Does this mean my accuracy will drop by 70%? Or is it some hard number like -30 accuracy?

Hmm, good question.

If it works the same way as movement, I think it's %, but I dunno for sure.
