I'm not sure on the NS and Rancor questions and I would like to know also. I was under the impression that they can drop from any of them, but better quality, frequency, and better stacks drop from higher CLs. Don't know why I thought that so I could easily be wrong. The peko-peko feathers still have that bug and sorry about your rollback loss! And yes Tantel does give the same energy resists as Ubese and actually you want the Tantel. You can enhance each piece of armor (except boots and gloves) to +50. Ubese has the biceps tied into the chest, but still only have a +50 cap. In order to get the full +350 enhanced health, you will need to use the tantel armor.
