I'm considering buying some very nice boots with many high level AAs, but the condition on the boots is 1/1. Is this a safe purchase? I plan on using ADK on them if they do indead work.

well as long as their 1/1 u can ADK em and they work... =/ thats pretty elementry buddy lol even if its busted u can ADK it back up to normal

from what i understand old high con boots gloves belts and bandos dont lose condition ever i could be wrong mine dont seem to

Not sure you will need to ADK them as boots (and gloves) are no longer hit zones so will only decay if you die and they are not insured!
