Here's just a question that popped into my head, ubese jackets do not allow the use of additional bicep armor, yet they are counted as just a chestpiece? Or does the jacket count as bicep armor as well, and if not, how big is the loss of protection?
Thanks in advance.

The sleeves cover your biceps. Ubese jackets use five armor cores compared to a chest plate's three.

While you're at it, mabari chests use 7 cores rather than the normal 3, and cover biceps and forearms.

If you don't count boots & gloves (and belt too):
. Mabari: 3 pieces to slice ... if you can stand the look you can get a full 75% resist armor break suit for cheaper less expensive than other recon
. Tantel/Faction Recon: 7 pieces with 50 health bonus ... only these can give you the max (+350) health bonus.

but you get less condition... or did they fix that?

It used to be (not sure if they fixed it) that your arms were unprotected though.

Not to mention mabari bodypieces still come out with slightly higher condition.

ubese jackets seem to take the damage to the condition of the chest and arms combined but have the same condition as other chestplates as far as i remember and so last a very short time in comparison to say tantel.
