From the FF post by Rouge_5:

What reason will there be for Combat Level 1 characters to get the expansion?

With this expansion we are offering a variety of content and adventures that will interest players of all different professions. For crafters there will be new crafting schematics, as well as new resources available that can only be found on the planet of Mustafar.

Im not getting my hopes up for "new" armor....Im placing my bet it will be the Maurader sets for Assault and Recon that we saw in RoTW Beta.

there needs to be something good for recon, the selection at the moment sucks, but i agree with betting we get nothing worthwhile.

But do you think these new schematics are gonna be free handouts?

I'll bet you'll need to have decent fighting skills to do the quest or whatnot.

And new resources? Is this supposed to be new content for crafters? I strongly hope that's not all...

Considering it is a planet for high level characters...most crafters I have seen are not even level 20 (some fighting skills so they dont get killed getting to thier harvesters). So the new resources are on a planet where the crafter can die very quickly...LOL i love it...not.

Rangers lead the way.

A Ranger is a more elite soldier who arrives at the cutting edge of battle by land, sea, or air. I accept the fact that as a Ranger my country expects me to move further, faster and fight harder than any other soldier.

So...what was the reason to buy the expansion?

Tip to LEC/SOE: Sci-Fi MMO players don't necessarily belong to the same resource pool as fantasy MMO players.

I think it's kind of ridiculous how we must pay for new content now... as if $15 a month weren't enough. Kind of like with Jedi, they must pay more money to get content. Not only that, they pay $15 to be completely played by the devs... but then again, talking about this and Jedi doesn't belong on this board.

I don't want to buy this expansion at all, but at the same time, I feel as if I were forced to buy it... because that new armor would be like, the FotM. I could just imagine the BH hunting their Jedi.

Ok - I'm going to stop now, lol.
