I'm not an AS so i dont know the answer to this, but what is the cap on RIS and what does it take to get there?

The cap on RIS is like any other battle armor. 6K stats across the board, unlayered. RIS takes the same kind of cores it takes for any other battle armor. Erm... It takes good resources and great experimentation to get there?
