I'm in a few steps to make mandalorian armor helmet, chest and leggings from schematics, so I want to know, was anything said about these unknown cartridges
would be very upset if i craft mando these days and then cartridges go live, so I'll lose some benefit

Here is my theory.....They are loot drops that drop at 0.01% from a creature that spawns singularly in one location at 0.01% of the time, but it must be a special breed of the creature that spawns 0.01% out of 0.01% of the basic creature spawns.....This is basic SOE policy, so it is the most likely.

looted a bio-mech cartridge off a gnort today. It gives bonus to action regen.
