what is the best armour to put these in?
compo would be a high condition and resist but since i fight
jedi that doesnt really matter... will the encumberance here matter?
bone armour or summin would have lower encumberaance but low quality and
condition....
would a broken armour piece still give me encumberance?
and what piece would be best for the AA in terms of pieces? bracers?

There is no "best armor" to put those in right now, unless you anti-decay a set.
However, if you are going to pick an non-ADK'ed armor piece to put your attachment in, go with a high condition bracer or bicep - they take the least amount of punishment.
