Didn't see mention of this in the FAQ.

If I use BE enahnced subcomponents, aka Synth cloth or fiber panels, do the bonuses carry to the armor final assembly? Is this a good idea, or am I missing the obvious somewhere?

Is there a list some where, i checked the FAQ, that lists what subcomponents are not affected by resource stats?
