Anyone have any idea how much it may cost to make a 12pt suit? I have an awesome macro...I can probably grind out armorsmith in about a week or so, not including times when I'm just messing around to see what I can make...but, I was looking at the damage it'll be to get a full suit to make me 12 point at master...please, someone, help me out here!
Thanks guys, and hi Dowei!

I just compleated my suit and it took 55mil for the 21points
I have collected these over 6months.....You should prob make armor with the 10points to learn how to do it, even if you have 12points a 10point smith will be able to make better stuff than you if you have no experiance.
+7---->22mil (Pants)
+4---->9.5 (Undershirt)
+3---->3.5mil (Bando)
+2---->6mil (Belt)
+2---->6mil (Hat)
+2---->6mil (Crafters apron)
+1---->2mil (Don't wear)
On bria the average price is 2-3 per point and of course if you are in an auction where everyone is trying to get the points you might have to go alittle over.
Oh and i am a trandoshan so i can't wear gloves or boots.......Feel sorry for those wooks

I just dropped 63 mil on, +9 a +8 a +4 armor experimentation tapes. This was on Kettemoor. I was impatient so you'll undoubtably get it for cheaper if you take your time collecting them.

General price per point on Chilastra has been 1-2 million, which of course varies by seller (we do have some folks here who take it easy and some folks who "apply the screws").

Everything that has been posted is pretty accurate. But keep in mind, if you have a little time to wait, you can get +1's for under 1 million. I paid between 250k-1M for my +1's, most under 500k. Then buy 1 big one. I've found that the higher ones are just out of a lot of people's price range and go for a better $/point ratio. On kauri +3-+5 go for 2-3 million a point, I picked up my +11 to upgrade my 11pt suit to a 12 pt suit for only 10 million. It was delivered last night, and I can't wait to get home from work and start making armor
So get a good deal on a big one, and fill in with +1's at a good price.......if you can find them

I got lucky this week on my server. I traded some rare loot for a +10 armor exp bando and got lucky and looted a +3 armor exp tape. Then on our trade forums I got really really lucky due to a mistake and bought a +7 Armor Exp Tape for only 3 million. I have a great week and became a 12pt Smith all in 1 day.

I guess it all depends on who your friends are and how steadfast they are. I didn't spend a penny on my +12pt suit. I do have several good friends who spend lots of time grinding Aakuans and Nightsisters. They got me three +5 experimentation tapes in 2 days, and I supply them with all the armor they can use.

i think it was 30 odd mil for my armor suit and 60mil for my +20 WS boots i overpaid for them but wanted them then and to me was worth it cause it alowed me to not have to change clothes when crafting weapons or armor
