Thread: Armor Color Kit??
All we can do is to hope that the Devs will include this in the game in the future...
/sigh
one can only wish that an armor color kit will be reality someday.

So we keep hearing from alot of people. I'm actually kinda supprised this idea hasnt been picked up on. I mean you could make it pretty much a knockoff of say the artisan vehicle colour kits. And then it would be there for those who want it.
Course on the other hand some folk are against such an idea. Personally i'm kinda neutral, if only because I've had some customers buy a suit, only to turn around and order a second suit but to a pallet of their choice.
More often than not though most people havent a clue the scope of colours one can use on armor. Unless it's RIS I usually tell them to just pick a colour and if I cant do it I suggest the next closest or something.
One AS comment almost had me on the fence about this issue, but my balance & has always been bad. I stand alot better on solid ground.
He mentioned the Tailors are in a similar situation & clothes coloring kits would ruin their profession, reducing them to factory bots that just churn out piles of gear & eventually drain their enjoyment of their prof away thru millions of redundant factory runs. I wouldn't want my AS's to fall in any kind of loop like that.

Hypothetical: You are a car maker, your scientists tell you they made a breakthrough. They can now make a car that will breakdown only 10% as often or soon as the present model. What do you do?
Answer: Fire your scientists, get dumber ones.
If the car has Customized NYC graphitti paintjob that caused 10% wear, I'd buy the De Tomaso Mangusta (1969), what do you think of that?

We need the crate bug fixed, new enhancers to allow for "real" custom armor (instead of "tailor" custom armor) and then paint kits.
