I had 3 pre-cu Gurk King Hides without serial numbers. I thought they were just junk now, but I heard that a couple of you guys were able to get yours converted with serial numbers.

Well it worked out great. I filled out a ticket with the location of the three hides and within a day, they were all converted

I know it's nothing big, but it's the first time I was actually helped out by a CSR...

I've been helped out on a fairly regular basis, and have never been disappointed by them.... *knock on wood*, so far..

No way!!! I did the samthing. I filled out a ticket about 6 or 8 months ago on the same problem and they say they couldn't do anything for me. I should wait until the CU and maybe it will get converted. CU came and nothing happened. SoI deleted all my no serial GKH and WBF. I don't trust CSR anymore. CSR for this game is the opposite of their name Customer Nonservice Rep.

I had an entire bag of resource disappear on me one time. This was back when I first started.. just about killed me and thought about quiting the whole thing. That was Nov 03, the last time I filed a ticket before yesterday.

so far I have not had to post too many tickets, in the 9-10 months I have been playing I've only posted 3 or 4..

I read this thread yesterday anda friend of mine came to me with 7 peko peko feathers without serials, I told him to contact a csr through the chat and he did lol within 3 minutes CSR-ChrisG (Radiant's pocket CSR lol) fixed them right up. I'm going to keep one of the feathers cuz it's got his name as the creator lol, although I've never had a CSR help me with any of the problems I've had sometimes they're pretty darn quick about things.

Found 2 wooly bones today without serials. Lets see if lightning will strike twice.
